3-5 lb Unsmoked ham

Rub

¼ cup NOOC Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil
3 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Pepper
3 cloves Crushed Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary

Glaze

2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar or Ultra Premium White Balsamic
¼ cup NOOC Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Whole Grain Mustard
1 tsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare rub ingredients and set aside.
Score a 3-5 lb unsmoked ham in a diamond pattern on both sides.
Rub NOOC Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil all over the ham.
Apply the rub, ensuring it gets into the scored sections.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Apply half of the glaze, flip the ham, and apply the remaining glaze.
Bake for 15 minutes, baste, and rotate the pan.
Bake another 15 minutes, flip, and baste again.
Bake a final 15 minutes or until browned, basting again.
Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
Slice and spoon pan juices over the ham before serving.
