A fresh and flavourful pasta made with Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and finished with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, simple, bright, and easy to enjoy.
250g pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
2 cloves garlic (freshly grated)
½ cup reserved pasta water
¼–½ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Salt & pepper
Fresh basil to finish
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
Heat Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil in a skillet, add garlic and cook gently. Transfer pasta to the skillet, add reserved pasta water, and toss over low heat until a light sauce forms.
Stir in half the cheese, then add Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic and remaining cheese. Toss until smooth. Adjust with more pasta water if needed, season, and serve with basil on top.
