Elevate your steak night with a simple, flavour-packed marinade! Garlic Infused Olive Oil + Espresso Dark Balsamic + fresh herbs = a perfect balance of savoury, sweet, and aromatic. Quick to prep, unforgettable on the plate.
Ribeye, Striploin, Sirloin, or Flank Steak
Make the marinade by whisking all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Add your steak to the bowl and coat it evenly with the marinade mix. Leave to soak up the flavours for 2-4 hours, turning once or twice.
When ready to cook, grill or pan-sear the steaks to desired doneness.
Once cooked, let the steak rest 5-10 minutes on the counter before slicing & serving. *Resting allows the steak to re-absorb moisture before slicing.
