Grilling & BBQ

A beautifully charred and flavour-packed chicken recipe that combines the brightness of orange olive oil with the rich depth of espresso balsamic glaze. This dish is ideal for grilling nights and pairs well with roasted vegetables or a fresh side salad.

Marinade: Orange & Espresso Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Orange Fused Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Espresso Dark Balsamic

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)

Directions

  1. Make marinade: In a bowl, mix the orange olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary if using.

  2. Coat the chicken with the marinade and let it sit for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 5–7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, drizzle espresso balsamic vinegar over the chicken to create a slightly caramelized glaze.
  6. Serve hot with a side salad, rice, or roasted vegetables.
