A shrub is a syrup-based, non-alcoholic beverage, made of a combination of concentrated fruits, aromatics, sugar, vinegar and water. At Nelson Olive Oil, we simply add a dash of our flavour infused balsamic vinegars to some sparkling water. The result is a sweet and tangy concoction that transforms sparkling water into a refreshing, zesty drink!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) Flavour Infused Balsamic
- 1 Cup (240ml) Sparkling Water
- Ice Cubes (optional)
Directions
Add ice to a glass. (optional but preferred)
- Fill with sparkling water to 1 inch from the top of the glass.
- Pour your chosen infused balsamic into the glass. (Adjust amount to taste)
- Stir gently to combine.
