This bright, anti-inflammatory smoothie blends Persian lime olive oil with zesty Honey ginger balsamic, blended with tropical fruit and finished with a touch of fresh lime zest for a bold immune boost.
1 tablespoon Persian Lime Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Honey Ginger White Balsamic
1 cup frozen pineapple
½ cup frozen mango
1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk alternative
1 inch ginger grated or sliced thin
1 cup spinach large handful
1 teaspoon honey - Hive and Honey
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric (or ½ teaspoon ground)
Pinch of black pepper (helps activate turmeric)
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust lime or balsamic for brightness.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Garnish with extra lime zest and a thin drizzle of Persian Lime Olive Oil on top.
Serve as a morning immune boost or post-workout recovery smoothie.
