Indulge in this creamy, smoky dip featuring luscious cream cheese, crispy bacon, and sweet caramelized apples, all elevated by our Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil and Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic. Perfect for entertaining, this dip pairs beautifully with crackers or crusty bread!
1 tbsp Butter “Taste” Infused Olive Oil (or real butter)
4 slices bacon, chopped into small pieces
1 medium apple, chopped into small chunks
Caramelize the Apples: In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter-flavored olive (or real butter) over medium heat. Add chopped apples and sauté for 5 minutes. Then, stir in Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic and cinnamon, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
Cook the Bacon: In a separate skillet, fry chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Mix the Dip: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil until smooth. Fold in caramelized apples and crispy bacon.
Chill & Serve: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let the flavours meld. Serve chilled with crackers or crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy!
