1–2 tbsp Ripe Peach White Balsamic
1 French Baguette (sliced)
4 oz Soft Goat Cheese
2–3 Ripe Peaches (Sliced)

Optional: drizzle of honey

Directions

Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast or grill until golden.
Spread goat cheese on each slice.
