Ripe Peach White Balsamic

Our Ripe White Peach Balsamic is a crisp, fruity balsamic vinegar with a touch of sweetness and beautifully balanced acidity. Made with white grape must and aged in Modena, Italy. Extremely adaptable and can be paired with any of our extra virgin olive oils, such as Hojiblanca, as well as our flavoured oils, such as Tuscan herb or Herbs de Provence, to make a light, tart vinaigrette. Use it to marinate, pork and poultry or to add a splash to your sparkling water for a delightful, refreshing shrub beverage.
